My experience spans B2C products in multi-sided marketplaces, digital media, sports, travel, e-comm, growth and platform. Most recently I've specialized in AI knowledge products and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) — building the content architecture and tooling that make a product the one LLMs cite and recommend.

Created a visualization for live game football data, leading to a more engaging gamecast experience and meeting table stakes for sports apps.
Derived predictive metric quantifying the percentage of users providing enough search inputs to significantly increase the likelihood of a purchase.
Addressed customer knowledge gap and increased Qualified Searcher Share with guided search tunnel flow.
Identified and resolved a critical marketplace incentive misalignment where hosts were misusing security deposits, creating surprise charges that killed repeat bookings.
